Matthew White is an exercise scientist and accredited sports nutritionist with a passion for helping others to optimal performance. He mainly coaches CrossFit athletes to be fitter, stronger and more powerful, sprinkling some gymnastics on top. Matt wants to see the fitness industry in New Zealand grow and develop as a whole and nutrition coaching is one place that is in desperate need of this for the mainstream trainer.
